ABOUT THE APPRENTICESHIP

Advance Your Knowledge Of Conveyancing Law & Practice.

The Level 6 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice is the second stage of academic training towards becoming a Licensed Conveyancer.

Learners develop the knowledge needed to deal with legal matters arising from the transfer of land and property, while also building their ability to provide advice to buyers, sellers, lending institutions and other interested parties.

The programme covers three core areas: Landlord and Tenant, Conveyancing Law and Practice and Managing Office and Client Accounts. Learners must normally have completed Level 4 before progressing to Level 6, unless they hold a relevant exemption.
