ABOUT THE APPRENTICESHIP
The Level 3 Paralegal Apprenticeship is designed to give apprentices the knowledge, practical skills and professional behaviours needed to work effectively within a legal environment.
Throughout the programme, apprentices develop an understanding of ethics, professionalism and the legal system, alongside essential skills in client care and legal research. Learning also covers law and practice relevant to the apprentice’s role, as well as the administrative and collaborative skills required when working as part of a legal team.
Gateway’s current programme also provides an opportunity to work towards an additional professional qualification, with routes available through CILEX or the Council for Licensed Conveyancers, helping apprentices begin building towards longer-term professional progression.
