Led by Celia alongside Roger, Gateway has built its service around personal relationships with employers, apprentices and carefully selected training providers.
Celia works closely with law firms to understand the people and skills they need, helping introduce and develop apprenticeship programmes, source suitable candidates and navigate training and funding options.
